Shipping policy

Enjoy first-time-free shipping on orders over $150 with a code at checkout (excludes Sportube products). 

Australia Post shipping is $15 Regular Post & $25 Express Post. 

Sportube shipping is $25 via Direct Freight Courier. 

We always do our very best to ensure expedited order processing and shipping.

Order processing is usually within 0-3 business days, but delays may occur especially during winter. Some orders are shipped the same day if ordered prior to 7.30am.

Sportube, Attiba and Lenz products will be shipped in 1-3 business days, even when ordered express as the warehouse operations do not always ship daily. Lenz products with batteries cannot ship batteries via Express Post to WA, QLD, NT and TAS because they are transported by air.

Your ordered items may be shipped from the same or multiple warehouse locations throughout Australia depending on the brand. This will usually be from Melbourne, Torquay (VIC), Geelong (VIC), Jindabyne (NSW), Sydney and NZ.

If your goods come from multiple locations, they may arrive at different times. You will not be charged multiple shipping costs for this.

Insurance is not covered in any shipping methods offered. If you would like to pay extra for insurance, please let us know.
