Request a Return/ Exchange

Return for refund, exchange or credit note within 30 days of purchase (except Lenz/Attiba).

Returns must be lodged and posted within 30 days of purchase.
Items must arrive unworn, unused, and in resellable condition with all packaging intact. (Don't rip the packaging while opening).
Attiba & Lenz stricter brand policy : 14-day return period, exchange only (size/colour); extensions may be granted at their discretion.
Returns must include the return packing slip in the parcel, and only apply for the approved products.
Return Address - There may be different return addresses for different brands. Extra costs will be involved if you return your item to the wrong location.
Return shipping is at the cost of the purchaser. Returns must be shipped prepaid within 30 days of the original purchase. If the item is receipted outside of this frame a 10-30% re-stocking fee will be applied, depending on the item and time of the winter season. Attiba & Lenz have a strict policy in regard to this rule.
There is no return on sale items unless under the Trade Practices act 1974 or by special arrangement.

Lenz Heated Socks and Gloves may be returned for an exchange of size only. Sorry, but the warehouse doesn’t accept returns for a refund, change of mind, or a cancelled snow holiday

You will receive your refund or exchange notification from Ski and Board Online within 1-5 business days of receipt of your parcel.
