Ski and Board Online Returns Policy :
Return for refund, exchange or credit note within 30 days of purchase (except Lenz/Attiba).
- Returns must be lodged and posted within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must arrive unworn, unused, and in resellable condition with all packaging intact. (Don't rip the packaging while opening).
- Attiba & Lenz stricter brand policy : 14-day return period, exchange only (size/colour); extensions may be granted at their discretion.
- Returns must include the return packing slip in the parcel, and only apply for the approved products.
- Return Address - There may be different return addresses for different brands. Extra costs will be involved if you return your item to the wrong location.
- Return shipping is at the cost of the purchaser. Returns must be shipped prepaid within 30 days of the original purchase. If the item is receipted outside of this frame a 10-30% re-stocking fee will be applied, depending on the item and time of the winter season. Attiba & Lenz have a strict policy in regard to this rule.
- There is no return on sale items unless under the Trade Practices act 1974 or by special arrangement.
- Kamik Apres Boots may be returned for an exchange of size or colour only. Sorry, but the warehouse doesn’t accept returns for a refund, change of mind, or a cancelled snow holiday.
- Giro Helmets or Goggles may be returned for an exchange of size or colour only. Sorry, but the warehouse doesn’t accept returns for a refund, change of mind, or a cancelled snow holiday
- Attiba Apres Boots may be returned for an exchange of size or colour only. Sorry, but the warehouse doesn’t accept returns for a refund, change of mind, or a cancelled snow holiday
- Lenz Heated Socks and Gloves may be returned for an exchange of size only. Sorry, but the warehouse doesn’t accept returns for a refund, change of mind, or a cancelled snow holiday
You will receive your refund or exchange notification from Ski and Board Online within 1-5 business days of receipt of your parcel.
