Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders due to a change of mind. However, we understand that mistakes happen. If you need to edit your order information, such as the delivery address or contact number, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

- Have your order number ready when contacting customer service.
- We cannot guarantee changes to orders after placement. This is due to the automated and fast nature of your order placement with our fulfillment partner. So the sooner you catch any changes, the better, please send us a text ASAP once you realise the edit. It is really important to check your order prior to submitting to eliminate these circumstances.
