JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Order fulfillment & returns & customer service.
The Organisation: Ski and Board Online & Plus Snow
Responsible to: Business Director
Location: Camberwell, Melbourne
Employment: Casual
Hours: 2-3 days (Mon-Fri 9.30-3)/week with possible increased hours over winter and possible decreased hours over off-peak times
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Packing and shipping orders.
- Inventory management - Receiving & warehousing inventory
- Updating website
- Customer service via phone, email and online
- Liaising with couriers & visits to local post office
Position Requirements

- Logistic Companies such as Australia Post
Additional Information
- Business runs out of a family home
- Position is ideal for a mum who wants to work during school hours only (some school holidays work)
- Not required to work weekends
