from sale at anytime. Items may be discontinued at anytime. There is no gurantee
that any sale items listed are in stock as they sell fast. If an item is not in stock we
will notify you ASAP and endevor to help you with another product.

Any shipping problems are the responsibility of the shipping carrier and customers
are advised to purchase insurance for their goods.

Refunds and Returns

You may return your items within 14 days of purchase for a store credit or
replacement provided that the reason meets our return policy as listed below.

1/ All returns must be pre-authorised by SkiandBoard.com.au Please call or E-mail us
with the details of your return. We will provide you with a return authorisation number.

2/ Any item to be returned must be shipped back to skiandboard.com.au prepaid,
within 14 days of the original purchase, together with your original receipt.

3/ Any item returned must be arrive in an unworn, unused, resalable condition,
complete with sales docket and attached tags. We cannot refund shipping costs. 

4/ There is no return on sale items unless in accordance with the
Trade Practices act 1974.

You will receive your store credit* within 7-10 business days.
Shipping charges are not refundable.

 Yes we have a $15.00 Minimum order purchase this is not inclusive of postage.

I have forgotton my password - what should I do?

Can I change the system password to something that makes
sense to me?

Yes, you can.

  then be displayed. One of the options is [Change my account password] 

 Can I change my delivery address etc online?

  then be displayed. Follow the links to access the account information of

 I would like to check on a previous order - can I do that?

Certainly. The information is located in you account information. In fact you can drill
down to particular orders and individual items. Access you account information as
per the above instructions for account details.
