Accommodation & Reservations Terms and Information 2010

Booking Terms

Rates are per person
Saturday night roast dinner and Saturday & Sunday breakfasts are included on weekends only during snow season. No food is provided midweek.
Rooms for two or more people are private
Children are classified as between 4 – 15 years. Children 3 years and under no charge in own bedding (although a cot may be provided). Note: Lodge only has one cot and is available on a first come first served booking basis.
Room 5 can only be requested for a minimum of 4 people

Important Reservation Terms & Conditions

50% Deposit of total accommodation cost is required to confirm and hold reservation
50% remaining is due within 4 weeks of the arrival date
Full payment (100%) is due if booking is made within 4 weeks of arrival date
No split payments per room
Bookings may be held without deposit for 24 hours only

Cheques made payable to 'Cawarra Ski Club'
All monies must be paid in full prior to arrival. No payment accepted at the club.

Cancellation

If notice of cancellation is received in writing one calendar month or more prior to arrival date, the total cost less 15% will be refunded or credited. If less than one calendar months notice is given, ALL MONIES ARE FORFEITED.

Amendments to booking

Once your booking is confirmed with a deposit, any adjustments to it will incur a fee of $25 per amendment per person.
