Shipping and Returns

Shipping Options:

Australia Post shipping

The cost of postage for regular Australia Post will be calculated at the checkout. If you prefer Fastway couriers, Australia Post Registered or Australia Post Express Post, then this can be confirmed, and additional costs added after your order has been placed. Please make a note of this request at the time you place your order.

The charges are inclusive of postage and packing, and are calculated based on the destination postcode and weight of the item.

  • A unique identification number for every article
  • Track events may be viewed online (where available) at www.ausposttracking.com.au

Delivery Times:

Orders are processed within 1-2 working days of placing your order. Normal Australia post shipping times apply:

  • For local or major East coast city centres your order should take 1-3 days shipping time.
  • All other areas of Australia will be normal Australia Post shipping time, say 5-7 working days.
  • Larger sized orders may take longer

We will not ship to International destinations.

Fastway Courier shipping

Under some circumstances a courier is the preferred shipping method by either the sender or receiver. Fastway couriers (www.fastway.com.au) offer dependable delivery including insurance cover, is traceable, and requires a receiver’s signature for added peace of mind. We currently have a pre-paid satchel arrangement with Fastway for compact/smaller sized parcels

Local Metropolitan Melbourne, A3 (400mm x 320mm) sized satchels only

National Delivery:
Cairns, Townsville, Mackay, Capricorn Coast, Wide Bay, Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Toowoomba, Gold Coast, Northern Rivers, Coffs Harbour, Port Macquarie, Newcastle, Central Coast, Canberra, Sydney, Wollongong, Adelaide, Mt Gambier, Perth, Launceston, Hobart, Albury, Wodonga, Bendigo, Geelong, Echuca, Shepparton, Bendigo, Castlemaine, Kyneton, Gisborne, Ballarat, Bacchus Marsh, Seymour, Wagga Wagga, Kilmore, Melton, Lilydale, Geelong and Colac. Maximum sized satchels - A2 (455mm x 415mm) - 5kg maximum weight

Refunds and Returns - Online orders

You may return your items within 14 days of purchase for a store credit* or replacement provided that the reason meets our return policy as listed below.

1. All returns must be pre-authorised by SkiandBoard.com.au. Please call or e-mail us with the details of your return before returning them to us. We will provide you with a return authorisation number which you should include in your returning parcel.

2. Any item to be returned must be shipped back to skiandboard.com.au prepaid, within 14 days of the original purchase, together with your original receipt. We recommend this be sent via registered post for your security.

3. Any item returned must be arrive in an unworn, unused, resalable condition, complete with sales receipt and original tags and packaging. We cannot refund shipping costs.

4. There is no return on sale items unless in accordance with the Trade Practices act 1974.

5. There is no return on pre-loved items. All sales are final. There is no warranty on pre-loved items.

You will receive your store credit within 4-10 business days. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Refunds and Returns - Retail Store purchases

You may return your items within 7 days of purchase for a store credit*, refund or replacement provided that the reason meets our return policy as listed below.

1/ All returns must be authorised by Ski & Board Surrey management. Please bring your goods into the store for inspection.

2/ You must have your sales receipt, and the goods must be in an unworn, unused, resaleable condition complete with all their original tags and packaging.

3/ Any item returned must be presented in an unworn, unused, resalable condition, complete with sales receipt and attached tags. We cannot refund shipping costs.

4/ There is no return on sale items unless in accordance with the Trade Practices act 1974.

5/ There is no return on pre-loved items. All sales are final. There is no warranty on pre-loved items.

Warranty

While we aim to service each customer to our fullest potential, each individual product we sell is supplied by a different supplier who will offer different warranty terms. These may include a repair, replacement or store/supplier credit. Please note there is no warranty on pre-loved items.

Suppliers unfortunately do not offer reimbursement for inconvenience or related costs caused by a warranty claim.

If you have an item which you believe is under warranty it is important to:

1/ Phone or contact us immediately with details of the fault

2/ Stop using the product immediately

3/ Bring or ship the product into the store to be assessed for warranty (unless instructed to ship the product directly to the supplier). This will initially be done by Ski & Board Surrey staff; however some suppliers require their own inspection. We will make every effort to ensure a solution is found in the timeliest way possible, and sometimes we will have authority to replace the item on the spot.

4/ Ensure your proof of purchase sales receipt is included with the product under warranty. We can only warranty items which are purchased from our business
